Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma GOODMAN CONSTRUCTION was originally established in 1976. At that time our main business focus was traditional shingle roofing (composition and shake shingles) and rough-in framing. In the early 1980's we began installing slate and tile roofs, and by the mid 1980's became quite involved in the restoration of natural and historic roofing products. Although we still install traditional roofing on a regular basis, as time passed, our main focus has shifted to specialty and historic roofing applications.

While our headquarters places us in the heart of the Southwest, we've completed jobs in many locations throughout the United States. We have a simple policy and philosophy here at GOODMAN CONSTRUCTION. We take care of our customers. If you have a problem with an installation that we completed, an installation that another contractor completed, or a question about the different types of roofing products and materials available today, call us and we will work with you to solve it as quickly and fairly as possible.

At GOODMAN CONSTRUCTION we stand behind all of our new installations with a 5 year labor warranty and, upon request, can extend our labor warranty up to 10 years,(requires upgrades in certain materials and an added fee). Length and terms of labor warranties for repair work can only be determined after careful inspection and evaluation of the roof. In some cases, it may not be possible to warranty repair work.


Manufacturers limited warranties on the products we install can vary from 30 years on traditional composition roofing, to 100 years for S-1 quarried authentic slate. Either way, you can be sure that we'll do all we can to guide you to the products that best fit your budget and your durability concerns.
